The Toolkit, authored by Children of the Earth youth, Corina Simon, was born out of the desires of the organizers of the youth project European Consciousness Through Peace Actions  to share their learning and support the intentions of some participants to carry forward the methods with other groups of youth in their communities. On the 13th of November 2011, Mark Conrad and Christian Marx (Chapter Leaders in the Philippines) went on another M.A.D adventure together with 19 passionate youth volunteers.
